Tariff - Luxury Accommodation in Queenstown
Spaview can be rented on a nightly basis for the whole property. The prices below include G.S.T (Goods & Service Tax of 12.5%).
July 2010 - September 2010 @ NZ$895 per night.
October 2010 - November 2010 @ NZ$800 per night.
December 2010 - April 2011 @ NZ$850 per night.
May 2011 - June 2011 @ NZ$800 per night.
July 2011 - September 2011 NZ$925 per night.
October 2011 - April 2012 @ NZ$850 per night.

- A minimum of 3 nights per stay is required.
- A maximum of 10 guests per night.
- Housekeeping every third day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$150 per service.
- A large range of childrens equipment available on request.
- Rates are valid to 30th April 2012.
- Wireless Broadband internet access and local phone calls are free of charge.
- All other telephone calls will be charged to your credit card following your departure.
- We offer a secure coded credit card payment facility. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card, JCB and American Express.

Terms and conditions
- A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking Spaview Holiday Home.
- Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. During the main ski season (July - September) full rent payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival will incur a booking fee of NZ$250.00
- Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit.
- Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card. During the main ski season (July - September) cancellation within 30 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.
- Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.
- All guests are required to respect the Queenstown Lakes District Council residential rules and regulations.
- Smoking is not permitted at Spaview.
- We regret family pets and animals are not invited.
- We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay.
- Spaview Ltd reserves the right to charge your credit card with any breakage or damage costs that occur during your stay.
- Spaview Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
- Spaview villa endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order. In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
